Sauce Magazine released its January of five new restaurants to start off 2022 right, whether you鈥檙e eating in-person or ordering takeout.
Sauce Executive Editor Meera Nagarajan joined Tuesday鈥檚 St. Louis on the Air to rave about the magazine鈥檚 staff picks for January. Nagarajan also discussed a peculiar trend in the St. Louis restaurant scene: local eateries recreating Taco Bell鈥檚 iconic Crunchwrap Supreme, often with vegetarian or vegan ingredients. Nagarajan promised that all versions meet 鈥渢he crunch factor鈥� but said vegan pop-up 12oh7 comes the closest to replicating the fast-food item.
