Goldkamp dubbed the project 鈥淲hat the Hell is St. Louis Thinking?鈥� and has published a curated book of responses. The book, also called 鈥淲hat the Hell is St. Louis Thinking?,鈥� will be released on Nov. 22.
So what is St. Louis thinking?
鈥淚 don鈥檛 know if we really got an answer,鈥� Goldkamp told 鈥淪t. Louis on the Air鈥� host Don Marsh on Wednesday. 鈥淚 think that might even be better because it kind of just recharged the mystery of the happiness that goes on around the city.鈥�
Of more than 5,000 submissions, Goldkamp said the book includes about 350 鈥渓ittle glimpse(s) of someone鈥檚 life.鈥� He said creating a book was always a project goal.
鈥淚 think that this is far from a masterpiece. I just think this is something that should be done. And it came out looking pretty neat.鈥�
