A young man outside the Ferguson Police Department in March 2015 will take his case to trial.
Jeffrey Williams had been expected to plead guilty Monday morning to , including assault and armed criminal action. Instead, he’ll take his chance with a jury. The trial is scheduled to start in August. Williams' attorney, Jerryl Christmas, did not return a phone call seeking comment on the change.
