To most of us, having a good year is quantified by getting a raise, a new job or perhaps the birth of a child. But not to a University City woman, who got what she's been wanting since the mid 1980's.

UPDATE: The Missouri Court of Appeals for the Western District on Wednesday the decision to vacate the conviction. In a statement, Chris Koster says he will take no further legal action, and the office St. Louis circuit attorney Jennifer Joyce says she has no plans to re-try Allen for the crime.
