A St. Louis County grand jury has indicted Shelby Dasher, ruling there is probable cause to try her for second-degree murder in the death of her 13-month-old son.
The that the grand jury handed up the indictment Wednesday. The attorney for Dasher has entered a not guilty plea on her behalf.
