First towing scandal figure reports to prison

The first of the four men sentenced in connection with the scandal at has reported to prison.

Kenneth Bialczak and his older brother William in September 2010 to tax evasion. They owned several of the businesses connected to the scandal, including Metropolitan Towing and S&H Parking.

Kenneth Bialczak will at the Terra Haute Federal Correction Institution, with a projected of Dec. 3. The judge allowed the brothers to serve their sentences separately so their myriad of businesses could continue to operate.

No word on when the other two men sentenced in the scandal - towing lot manager or former police officer - will begin their sentences.
